Renders are built to carry disclosure data that identifies them as AI-made, and those controls are still rolling out across every kind of output, so the Terms are what we guarantee today. Free renders also show a small Kyndrify logo mark, and paid plans remove the visible mark entirely.

The Free plan
Start free with a one-time pack of credits that never expires, our preset avatars, and our preset voices. Talking-head videos with preset avatars run up to a minute each on the Free plan. No card and no clock. When you want your own Digital Twin, pick a plan.
Credits
Credits are one shared balance you spend across videos, voiceovers, product photos, and AI images. Every guided flow shows you the price in credits before you submit, so there are no surprises on the bill.
The welcome bonus
Your first plan starts with double credits. On a monthly plan that is your first month, so a Plus plan lands 56,000 credits instead of 28,000. On a yearly plan it is each of your first 3 months. It applies once, on your first subscription, and it is open on every plan we sell. There is no end date on it, and if we ever close it we'll say so on the site first.
Rollover
Plan credits don't roll over. You get a fresh pool every month, and whatever is left when it refills doesn't carry forward. Pay-as-you-go packs work differently: those credits stay good for 3 months. And the free credits you get on signup never expire.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel whenever you like. Yearly is the better deal with two months free, and monthly costs a little more for the flexibility. Basic and Starter are monthly plans. Purchases are final.
Team seats
Team roles, shared credits, and member caps are built in. Pro and Max include one seat and Ultra includes five, with more at $20 a seat; public multi-seat activation is still pending, so contact sales before buying for a group.
Extra characters
Each paid plan includes a set number of custom Digital Twins and Avatars. Need more than your plan covers? Add an extra character slot anytime with credits, right from your billing page.
Canceling
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep your plan and credits until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Storage
Storage is included with every plan. Freelancers with many client projects and agencies with teams working across several projects can add more anytime, and the more you add, the less you pay per gigabyte.
